包饺子模具数控加工工艺的设计与制造容摘要论文对包饺子模具进行工艺分析、数控编程与加工,并对模具图进行工艺分析、制定工艺路线、确定工艺方案。运用 CAXA 软件进行造型和自动编程,最终完成模具的加工。论文表明:通过对该模具的工艺分析、造型、加工,深化了解了模具制造的全过程,加工完成后模具也达到了加工要求,造型、轨迹与G 代码的生成也以最简洁的方式做出,达到了预期的要求。关键词:包饺子模具,CAXA 造型,模具工艺分析,模具制造AbstractThe paper is written for making dumplings mold process analysis, NC programming and completion of processing, At the same time.to analyze the diagram of the mold,make processing route,determing processing ,determine processing plan by making full use of the knowledge we have leaned. And using CAXA software modeling and automatic programming, then ultimately complete the tool parts making. Paper shows that:by the analyzing modeling,processing of the mould process,We can have a good understanding and of the whole process of the mould processing.After processing the mould finally meet the manufacturing needs. Shape, trajectory and G code generation are also made by ??the most simple means to achieve the anticipated requirements.
