摘 要论述了 Mg-Al-Zn 系合金经过固溶处理后组织和耐腐蚀性能的变化
通过观察经固溶处理后的组织与塔菲尔曲线,对 Mg-Al-Zn 系合金固溶处理后的组织和电化学腐蚀行为进行了讨论
结果表明,经过固溶处理后的镁合金显微组织晶粒长大明显,β-(Mg17Al12)相部分溶解在基体组织中,在温度达到 560 度以上时,组织发生过烧现象
与未经处理镁合金的耐腐蚀性能相比,经过固溶处理后的镁合金耐腐蚀性能无明显增加
