异步电动机毕业论文电磁设计计算摘 要本文主要针对 Y2-200L-4 型电机进行了电磁设计和计算。首先基于设计任务书给定的参数并结合相关的技术条件确定了与 Y2-200L-4 电机的电磁性能有关的主要尺寸,选择定、转子的槽数与槽配合,用 CAD 绘制出定、转子的槽型和线圈尺寸图,槽型分布图与绕组分布图。计算出每相串联导体数,串联匝数,槽满率等基本量,然后据此选定有关的材料。再在 MATLAB 中编程进行该电机的电磁计算,反复调整有关参数,使其技术指标符合任务书的要求,最终设计出符合任务书规定技术要求的电机。关键词:Y2-200L-4;定转子;绕组分布;电磁设计计算AbstractThisarticle mainly about electromagneticdesign and calculation of Y2-200L-4 motor. First it determined the main dimensions related to the electromagnetic properties of the Y2-200L-4 motor based on the parameters of dsign task and technical conditions. Then it selected the number of slots of stator and rotor and right slots. I not only used CAD to draw size chart of stator, rotor and coil but also draw distribution of groove and winding. I calculated some basic amount such as the number of conductors in series per phase and slot fill factor. Then I selected the related materials. I have completed the electromagnetic calculations of this motor in MATLAB. Then I adjusted the parameters repeatedly. I did a lot of work to make its technical indicators meet the requirements of the mission statement.
