当前文档修改密码:8362839经济危机下中国大陆经营型物业管理模式分析 范如国(武汉大学经济与管理学院,湖北,武汉市 430072)摘要:经济危机对物业管理产生了较大的影响,物业管理服务成本越来越高、能耗支出越来越大,企业利润减少,生存空间缩小。不过经济危机也为物业管理企业推行经营型物业管理模式、加强人才培育、增强企业社会责任、实施兼并重组、培育核心竞争能力提供了良好的契机。本文阐述了经济危机对物业管理的具体影响,对经济危机下中国大陆物业管理进展状况进行了 SWOT 分析,揭示了经营型物业管理模式的内涵和基本特征,最后从九个方面阐述了经济危机下进展经营型物业管理模式的策略。关键词:物业管理,危机,经营型,契机 Analysis of Chinese Mainland Property Management Operation Style Under Economy Crisis Fan Ru-guo(Economy and Management School, Wuhan University, Hubei, Wuhan 430072)ABSTRACT: Economy crisis gives rise of a deep influence on property management with cost rising, energy expending incrising, benifit decreasing and a small corporation surviving space.
