浅谈小学生健康教育的重要性 摘要：健康教育包括生理健康和心理健康。根据弗洛伊德的需要层次理论，人类都是从生理需要走向精神需要的过程。小学生的生理需要简单包括吃、穿、住、行，而小学生的精神需要则更多的是关爱和安全感的需要。小学生有无获得关爱和安全感，会使他们走向不同的人生方向。关键词：健康教育； 生理需要；精神需要。Abstract: Health education includes physical health and mental health. According to Freud's hierarchy of needs theory, human beings are from the physiological needs to the spiritual needs of the process. Primary school students' physiological needs to be simple, including food, clothing, housing, and the line, while the spiritual needs of pupils are more care and security needs. Primary school students have no access to care and security, will make them to different direction of life.Key Words: Health education; physiological needs; spiritual needs.引言在中国，人类的健康教育意识起步晚，进展较慢。大概在改革开放以来，1977 年恢复高考，才把健康教育的字样写进了中小学日常行为规与要求中，才有了全民性的健康教育课。值得兴奋的是中国初步的健康教育课取得了明显成效，但遗憾的是中国的健康教育依旧不成体系。一、 健康的定义健康是指一个人在身体、精神和社会等方面都处于良好的状态。健康包括两个方面的容：一是主要脏器无疾病，身体形态发育良好，体形均匀，人体各系统具有良好的生理功能，有较强的身体活动能力和劳动能力，这是对健康最基本的要求；二是对疾病的抵抗能力较强，能够适应环境变化，各种生理刺激以与致病因素对身体的作用。传统的健康观是“无病即健康”，现代人的健康观是整体健康，世界卫生组织提出“健康不仅是躯体没有疾病，还要具备心理健康、社会适应良好和有道德”。因此，现代人的健康容包括：躯体健康、心理健康、心灵健康、社会健康、智力健康、道德健康、环境健康等。健康是人的基本权利。健康是人生的第一财宝。1．小学生健康的定义 小学生健康包括身体和心理的双重健康。身体健康指身体发育正常甚至良好;心理健康的标准：精神昂扬向上，积极乐观，承受能力强，有儿童该有的童真童趣。① 生理健康生理健康就是人体生理功能上健康状...
