大学毕业设计(论文)题 目 四柱液压汽车举升机的机构设计 院 系 机械工程学院 专 业 机械工程与自动化 年 级 2024 级 2 班 学生 新令 指导老师 延 民 2008 年 06 月 2 日摘 要随着汽车行业的不断进展,随之而来的汽车维修的任务也愈来愈重。在汽车举升机没有出现之前,一般汽车维修工人都要趴在汽车底盘下面进行维修,在这样的环境下,不但维修活动围受到限制,而且维修质量、维修效率也同样受到一定程度的影响。随着汽车维修业的迅猛进展,这样的维修方法已经不能够满足繁忙的汽车维修工作。于是就有了汽车举升机的出现,这种机器是将整辆汽车举升到一定高度,这样可以使维修工人很方便的在汽车底部工作。本设计是四柱液压汽车举升机的结构设计,首先对题目进行分析,再结合现有的汽车举升机的结构和液压系统,加上对汽车举升机的深化讨论,然后对其中的方案进行拟定选择,并且对其中的重要零部件进行设计校核,并且画出装配图与零件图,从而将四柱液压汽车举升机设计完成。关键词: 汽车维修 四柱 液压 举升机AbstractWith the continuous development of the automotive industry, followed by the vehicle maintenance tasks also increasing.
