波纹翅片的传热与流动特性讨论摘要;近些年来能源与环境问题日益加剧,保护环境、降低能源消耗成为当今世界的主题,因此各行业的学者都肩负减少能耗的重任。板翅式换热器是在 20 世纪问世的, 由于其在节约能源与材料方面的优越性,如今在石油化工、能源动力、冶金、制冷、航天等各领域已经获得了广泛的应用。翅片管换热器在制冷、空调等领域广泛应用。波纹翅片是这种紧凑式换热器的翅片类型中的一种, 它增加了传热面积和扰流的程度,对换热器的性能有很大的提升。本文应用 FLUENT 软件针对波纹翅片管换热器空气侧换热进行数值模拟。并讨论Re 数、管排数和管径等参数对空气侧传热和流动特性的影响。同时对不同尺寸的波纹翅片进行了数值模拟分析并计算出各个模型的换热因子 j 和阻力因子 f,根据他们的数值推断翅片在该模型下的性能优略。最后考察了波纹形式、管排、翅片间距、波峰到波谷投射长度和波峰到波谷高度对流动换热性能的影响。关键词: 波纹翅片; 数值模拟 ;换热因子; 阻力因子;换热性能study on heat transfer and flow of wavy finsAbstract ; In recent years, energy and environmental issues increase, protecting the environment and reducing energy consumption are the themes of the present world.Plate-fin heat exchanger appears in the 20th century ,because of its superiority in terms of saving energy and materials.
