非营利组织财务管理问题与对策研究论文

本科论文摘 要随 着 社 会 经 济 的 快 速 发 展 ， 非 营 利 组 织 作 为 社会 第 三 部 门 所 发 挥 的 作 用 和 效 益 日 趋 明 显 。 与 此同 时 ， 非 营 利 组 织 财 务 管 理 方 面暴 露 出 的 一 系 列诸 如 筹 资 渠 道 有 限 、 自 创 性 收 入 少 、 会 计 信 息 披露 不 足 、 内 部 控 制 制 度 落 实 不 到 位 、 财 务 监 管 不充 分 以 及 收 支 管 理 松 散 等 问 题 ， 严 重 阻 碍 了 非 营利 组 织 的 健 康 发 展 。 本 文 将 在 我 国 非 营 利 组 织 财务 管 理 问 题 现 状 分 析 的 基 础 上 ， 从 筹 资 、 投 资 、信 息 披 露 与财 务 监 管 方 面 提 出 有 效 的 解 决 对 策 ，以 期 促 进 我 国 非 营 利 组 织 健 康 和 可 持 续 的 发 展 。关 键 词：非 营 利 组 织 ， 财 务 管 理 ， 问 题 ， 对 策 本科论文本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of social economy , non-profit organizations as the third sector of society play an increasingly obvious role and benefit. At the same time, the financial management of non-profit organizations also exposed a series of problems: limited financing channels, less self-made income, insufficient accounting information disclosure, inadequate implementation of internal control institution, inadequate financial supervision and loose revenue and expenditure management, which seriously hindered the healthy development of non-profit organizations. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the financial management of non-profit organizations in China, this paper puts forward effective solutions from the aspects of financing, investment, information disclosure and financial supervision, in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of non-profit organizations in China.Key words ： Nonprofit organi...
