创新企业筹资方式选择问题的探究VIP专享

摘 要随着我国的经济高速发展，创新型企业慢慢开始进入经济体系中。一个企业要想稳健的发展，就要保证企业有足够的资金。对于创新企业来说，更是如此。相较于传统企业，创新企业当前由于科技发展水平的制约，前期需要投入更大的人力物力，且投入高却未必可以会得到相应水平的收入，给想要投资创新型企业的投资方设下一大难题，也给创新型企业对如何选择适合的筹资方式设下关卡。首先，通过阅读文献、互联网检索等方法对企业筹资方式进行详细了解，比较与探讨创新型企业筹资方式，分析影响创新企业筹资方式的因素，提出创新型企业选择最优筹资方式和优化筹资方式的建议。其次，以此为基础对宁德时代的筹资方式进行分析，最后做出结论。关键词：筹资方式；创新企业；宁德时代AbstractWith China's rapid economic development, innovative enterprises slowly began to enter the economic system. If an enterprise wants to develop steadily, it must ensure that it has enough funds. This is especially true for innovative companies. Compared with traditional enterprises, innovative enterprises currently need to invest more manpower and material resources in the early stage because of the restriction of the level of scientific and technological development, this poses a big problem for investors who want to invest in innovative companies, as well as a hurdle for innovative companies to choose the right financing method. First of all, through reading literature, Internet search and other methods to understand the ways of enterprise financing in detail, compare and explore innovative ways of enterprise financing, analyze the factors affecting innovative ways of enterprise financing, the paper puts forward some suggestions for innovative enterprises to choose the optimal financing mode and optimize the financing mode.
