北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计保有量 4000 头猪的养殖场沼气系统摘 要大型生猪养殖场产生的粪尿若直接排放会对环境造成污染,由于沼气发酵产生的沼气具有环保、原料来源广泛等优点,因此对于环境保护及新能源发展有着重要意义,获得了业内的广泛关注。 本设计是以保有量 4000 头猪的养殖场来进行沼气发酵工艺设计。沼气工程的设计包括计算养殖规模、粪便量计算、原料收集、匀化和沉淀等工序。根据养殖场产生的粪便量对沼气工程相关工艺参数进行设计,主要着重于对沼气发酵的工艺流程设计,还介绍了主要工艺选择的原因和工艺配方,并且对工艺参数进行了详细的计算,来确定沼气发酵的相关物料数据与工艺参数,以及对设备进行选型,计算收益,对三废的处理回收等进行了叙述,还画出了工艺的流程图并进行了适当的说明,以及绘制发酵系统车间布局图。关键词:沼气发酵;工艺流程;工艺设计;三废处理北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of a biogas system for a pig farm with 4,000 pigsAbstractDirect discharge of feces and urine from large-scale pig farms will cause environmental pollution.
