南昌农商银行绩效管理的现状及改进研究摘 要随着农村金融体制改革的进一步深化,南昌农商银行作为江西省第一家改制组建的银行,到今天已经初具规模,但是如果要在市场中保持现在的地位甚至更进一步,对绩效管理进行更深层次的调整是势在必行的。本献论文以南昌农商银行为研究对象,运用文资料分析法、总结归纳法,主要分析南昌农商银行绩效管理过程中存在的问题,并作针对性改进设计。在这里主要从以下几个方面对上述问题进行探讨: (1 )对绩效管理认识上的误区; (2 )绩效沟通的障碍; (3 )忽视绩效评估面谈的反馈。针对上述问题,剖析成因后,本文做出了以下的改进设计内容:(1) 对管理者和员工的培训设计; (2 )员工工作信息交流方法的设计; (3 )绩效面谈改进设计; (4 )绩效评估反馈的问题设计。本文的主体结构为:第一章是相关理论概述。在第二章,主要对目前银行在绩效管理方面存在的问题进行研究。第三章是针对上述问题进行分析,确定问题的来源。第四章主要针对本文提及的问题做出优化设计方案,并明确支撑保障措施。关键词:南昌农商银行 绩效管理 改革IAbstractWith the further deepening reform of rural financial system, Nanchang Rural Commercial Bank, as the first rural commercial bank restructured from credit cooperative in Jiangxi province, is already having scales preliminary.
