本科论文摘 要本文以某油库为例先以预先危险性分析法对油库存在的危险危害因素进行分析,再用事故树分析法进行完善,结合两种方法对油库进行定性定量分析,辨别出油库发生泄漏、火灾爆炸等事故的关键因素及内在联系,制定了科学的安全管理模式以及预防事故发生的控制措施。为了保证该油库安全管理的有效性、简便性以及可操作性,提出了油库危险化学品重大危险源辨识与分级的基本方法。我国对于重大危险源辨识与分级的研究近几年已经取得了巨大的进步,但是油库因为重大危险源泄露等导致的事故仍有发生,说明人们对危险化学品重大危险源以及一些危险危害因素的认识程度仍有局限。本人参考近些年的一些研究报告与相关文献,并结合我国的工业特色和该油库的基本情况,对危险化学品重大危险源的辨识与分级进行研究。关键词:重大危险源;火灾爆炸;控制措施本科论文AbstractThe article introduced the hazardous chemicals of major hazard installation identification and classification method, taking an oil depot as an example, the risk factors of the oil depot are analyzed by the method of preliminary risk analysis, and then improved by the method of fault tree analysis. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the oil depot is carried out by combining the two methods , identify the key factors and internal relations leading to leakage , fire and explosion and other accidents , proposed the oil depot and the basic methods of hazards identification and control , to further enhance the pertinence , effectiveness of safety management of oil depot themselves, advances some countermeasures for safety management on the analysis and the control measures to prevent the accident.
