北京吉普循环球式转向器设计

北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计北京吉普循环球式转向器设计北京吉普循环球式转向器设计摘 要转向器是转向系统中的重要装置，它在汽车行驶安全中起到了至关重要的作用。在转向器类型中，循环球式转向器是被应用最多的，因为它有着众多优点，比如转向器内的摩擦较小、传动效率也比其他类型的转向器更高、使用寿命更长、操作更为轻便，所以现在的后驱汽车或者四驱汽车都首先会选择使用循环球式转向器。本文也重点对循环球式转向器的几个重要零部件进行设计。本文根据国家标准并依据北京吉普 BJ40 汽车的相关参数，按照汽车设计原则设计一款满足北京吉普 BJ40 汽车要求的循环球式转向器，并完成三维实体模型图和二维工程图的绘制。关键词：循环球式转向器；设计；三维建模 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Recirculating Ball Steering Gear of the Beijing Jeep DesignAbstractThe steering gear is an important device in the steering system, which plays an important role in the vehicle driving safety. Among the types of steering gear, the recirculating ball steering gear is the most widely used, because it has many advantages, such as less friction in the steering gear, higher transmission efficiency than other types of steering gear, longer service life and lighter operation, so the current rear drive vehicles or four-wheel drive vehicles will first choose to use the recirculating ball steering gear.
