摘 要由于中国受到经济全球化的影响,许多企业的经营条件和贸易环境也在不断的变化。而合理的盈利模式是近几年传统行业的生存与发展的关键所在,它是每个企业在进退维谷时最具有价值的核心竞争力。本文以珠海中富为研究对象,结合其近几年的财务报表和现有的盈利渠道,对其进行纵、横研究分析,发现珠海中富存在盈利结构单一化、盈利价值对象产品需求下降、毛利率在行业水平中偏低和期间费用率过高的问题,使企业在转型上难度加大。据此提出珠海中富应对本身的盈利产品结构进行改进,增加产品的多样性、加强营销网络建设及增强品牌知名度、减少同质化产品、优化企业期间费用的支出以及提高自主研发技术的对策来使经营达到最优化。关键词:盈利模式 期间费用率 饮料制造加工业AbstractAs China is affected by economic globalization, the operating conditions and trade environment of many enterprises are also changing. Recently, the reasonable profit model is the key to the survival and growth of conventional trades. It is the most significant core competitiveness of every business in the difficult position. This paper takes Zhuhai Zhongfu as the research object, combined with its financial statements and existing profit channels in recent years, makes a vertical and horizontal research and Analysis on it, and finds that Zhuhai Zhongfu has some problems, such as the idealization of profit structure, the reduce of demand for profit value object products, the inferior gross profit rate in the industry level and the high duration expense rate, which make the transformation of businesses more hard.
