城市家具配送中心选址研究-以苏州红星美凯龙为例摘 要随着改革开放以来经济的发展以及今年互联网和电子商务的发展，与此相关的物流行业得到了迅猛发展，物流是国民经济中的重要行业之一。配送可以说是物流的最后一个环节，物流配送活动作为卖家的供应商和作为买方的消费者连接的纽带，因此要科学规划配送活动。配送中心是配送活动的重要组成部分，对配送活动有着重大影响。本文首先介绍了物流配送和配送中心的有关基本概念和存在的价值意义，其次介绍配送中心选址的知识，包括选址的原则和主要因素等等然后以具体实例说明了选址的过程，并提出了一些建议。关键词：配送中心 选址 研究AbstractWith the rapid development of social economy and economic globalization, logistics becomes more and more important in the position in social and economic development, national comprehensive development level of logistics becomes one of the symbols of judge its comprehensive strength. Distribution center is the bridge of suppliers and customers, has a pivotal role in the logistics system. Distribution center location will influence the long-term economic benefits.
