城市人才引进问题研究

城 市 人 才 引 进 问 题 研 究摘 要 ： 人 才 是 地 区 社 会 经 济 发 展 进 程 中 不 可 或 缺 的关 键 力 量 ， 各 个 国 家 和 各 个 地 区 都 逐 渐 意 识 到人 才 的 重 要 性 ， 纷 纷 制 定 颁 布 人 才 引 进 政 策 。本 文 主 要 运 用 文 献 分 析 法 与 案 例 分 析 法 对 城 市人 才 引 进 政 策 进 行 研 究 ， 论 述 了 人 才 引 进 的 相关 概 念 、 理 论 ， 结 合 众 多 相 关 文 献 ， 总 结 城 市人 才 引 进 特 点 ， 探 寻 人 才 引 进 存 在 的 问 题 ， 并进 行 了 成 因 分 析 ， 在 借 鉴 国 内 外 优 秀 经 验 的 同时 ， 提 出 了 优 化 城 市 人 才 引 进 政 策 的 措 施 ， 从而 使 人 才 的 引 进 更 好 的 服 务 于 城 市 的 发 展 。关 键 词 ： 人 才 人 才 引 进 政 府 信 息 平 台 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要TiTitle Study on the introduction of urban talentsAbstractTalent is an indispensable key force in the process of regional social and economic development. All countries and regions have gradually realized the importance of talents and formulated policies to introduce talents.In this paper, using literature analysis and case analysis study was conducted to treat urban talent introduction policy, this paper discusses the talent introduction of relevant concepts, theories, combined with many related literature, summed up the city characteristics of introducing talents, explore the problems of introducing talents, and analyzed the cause, learn good experience at home and abroad for reference. At the same time, put forward the measures of optimizing urban talent introduction policy, making the introduction of talent can better serve the development of the city.Keywords： talent talent introduction government information platform 目 录1 引言........
