北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文大庆市人才引进现状与对策研究——基于与珠海市的对比和借鉴分析摘 要当前，在激烈的人才争夺热潮背景下，我国各省市结合自身发展状况和城市定位，出台了一系列有关人才引进的政策，借此吸引并留住人才，从而提高人才与城市建设发展的契合度，达到事半功倍的效果。本文通过问卷调查、比较分析方法了解大庆市的人才现状，从自然环境、引进政策、人才招聘培训、绩效薪酬及晋升激励五个角度与珠海市的引进经验进行比较，探索引进人才过程中所面临的问题，并针对问题成因进行借鉴分析。运用 SPSS21.0 软件，对问卷调查数据进行分析，得出了人才满意度的影响因素，总结出大庆市人才引进存在的问题，提出了有实际价值的人才引进的政策和措施对策建议，并对与大庆市有相同方向、有相似地缘条件和经济文化的城市也同样具有借鉴作用和参考意义。关键词：大庆市；人才引进；对比研究；措施建议I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractNowadays, it is an emerge body of facts bring home to provinces and cities in China that the trend of talent competition has become irresistible. They have made a series of talent policies in order to promote the strength of the talent cultivation. A multitude of young clays perform an essential role in boosting the municipal infrastructure construction.The paper collected through questionnaire method,comparative analysis to understand the talent contradictions and immediate causes.Compared with Zhuhai City,it brings about different-wise to make more practically valuable advice.Using SPSS21.0 software to analyze the survey data,the influencing factors of talent satisfaction were obtained and the talent introduction problems in Daqing City were summarized.With analysis mentioned above,the paper brings significant influences to future development for those cities which has the same direction,the similar geographical term,the economic and culture types.Keywords:Daqing City; Talent introduction; Comparative study; Recomm...
