为探索食用菌滑菇菌种在栽培茶树菇所剩下的废料在固体培养基和液体培养基的不同比例下对滑菇的细胞活性的影响,利用 MTT(3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐)的方法探讨废料比对于滑菇菌丝活性的影响。通过不同比例的废料代替其原配方中的碳源和氮源,调节固体培养基和液体培养基的比例分别为 0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%。用单因素的实验方法,测定在相同培养基的不同废料下对滑菇菌种菌丝活性的影响,实验结果表明当废料含量占配方的 20%时,菌丝生物量能达到较高水平,能有助于提高滑菇菌种的产量。同时,该研究实现了菌种栽培废料的绿色循环利用,减少了因丢置造成的环境污染和杂菌虫害等危害。关键词:培养基;MTT;废料;滑菇;菌丝AbstractIn order to explore the influence of the waste materials left by the cultivation of Agrocybe chaxingu on the cell activity of pholiota nameko in different proportion of solid medium and liquid medium, the method of MTT (3 - (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2) - 2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) was used to explore the influence of waste materials ratio on the mycelial activity of pholiota nameko. The carbon and nitrogen sources in the original formula are replaced by different proportions of waste. The proportion of solid medium and liquid medium was 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, respectively. The single factor experiment method was used to determine the effect of different waste materials on the mycelial activity of shiitake. The results showed that when the waste materials accounted for 20% of the formula, the mycelial biomass could reach a higher level, which could help to improve the yield of pholiota nameko. At the same time, the research realized the green recycling of the culture waste, and reduced the environmental pollution and other hazards caused by the waste disposal.Key words: culture medium; MTT; waste material;pholiota nameko ; hyphae目录1 引 言.............................
