摘 要近年来，由于各行各业都纷纷加入保护环境的举措中，人们的环保意识也显露出来，作为酒店业自然也不例外，绿色酒店也开始盛行，酒店需要将绿色管理运用到酒店的各个层次，融入到酒店经营模式中。从自身的管理模式中取其精华，弃其糟粕，找出适合本酒店的发展绿色管理办法。文章主要在论述酒店绿色管理的内涵，酒店开展绿色管理的重要意义，以宁德万达嘉华酒店为例，阐述了宁德万达嘉华酒店运用的绿色管理策略，并根据其绿色管理模式、绿色管理发展缓慢、绿色意识浅薄等问题提出改进方法，从宣传绿色理念，加强企业绿色管理制度、营造绿色酒店文化氛围，改变经营策略等方式改进，以期能为酒店的绿色管理献策献计。关键词：绿色管理；保护环境；节约资源 Abstract1In recent years, as all walks of life have joined in the measures to protect the environment, people's awareness of environmental protection has also emerged.
