This article mainly researches the current situation and existing problems of injury insurance management in China's automobile insurance. With reference to the relevant experience in the United States and Japan, combined with what I have seen in the insurance company's internship, this article mainly focuses on the automobile insurance people's injury claims and related interests and personal injury claims.
