直销商伦理守则认知、工作满足与组织承诺关系之讨论The Relationship among the Ethics Codes Perception, Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment of Independent Distributors陈 得 发 王 昭 雄Der-Fa Robert Chen Jau-Shyong Wang台湾中山大学企业管理系 正修科技大学企业管理系高雄市鼓山区莲海路 70 号 高雄县鸟松乡澄清路 840 号 TEL:(07) 5252000 ext 4621 TEL:(07) 7310606 ext 599E-mail:derfa@cm.nsysu.edu.tw E-mail:shyong@csu.edu.tw摘要本讨论试图以台湾地区直销协会会员公司的直销商对伦理守则认知情形为出发点,来探讨直销产业伦理守则认知与直销商工作满足、组织承诺间的关系,并进而分析直销商特性(人口特质、直销商类型、生活型态)影响伦理守则认知、组织承诺、工作满足的程度。最后将讨论结果提供给直销业界作为提升直销商组织承诺与工作满足的参考,也藉此了解企业伦理在直销产业所受的重视程度,更希望能藉此对于直销业的经营进展与伦理法律规范的推行有些许的帮助。本讨论采实证方式,以直销协会会员公司 401 位直销商为调查对象,讨论结果显示:(一)直销商都认为伦理守则认知程度会正向影响直销商之组织承诺与工作满足; (二)直销商之工作满足会影响其对组织的承诺;(三)不同类型之直销商在伦理守则认知、组织承诺与工作满足上有显着的差异情形;(四)在直销商生活型态上,愈重视信息搜集、追求时尚者,有较高程度的伦理守则认知与工作满足;(五)在直销商生活型态上,愈重视信息搜集、追求时尚者、个性谨慎者有较高程度的价值承诺。关键词:伦理守则、组织承诺、工作满足、伦理气候AbstractThis research attempts to understand how the ethics codes were perceived by distributors of member companies of Taiwan Direct Selling Association (TDSA). With that information as the starting point to study the relationship among ethics codes perception, job satisfaction and organization commitment.
