1摘 要 随着工业自动化的不断发展,水处理设备电气控制系统的应用越来越广,其中基于 plc 的控制系统应用最为广泛。本次系统设计,本系统针对染厂的工业环境,设计了自动注料和废料处理系统,旨在提高液体处理效率,减少人为操作失误。水处理设备电气控制系统,在工业生产中有着很重要的地位,目前处于改革升级,日趋成熟的阶段,有着非常广阔的前景。首先本系统基于 plc 对系统进行总体设计:通过查阅资料和生产实习,了解工业环境,进行设备采样以及 plc 系统学习;分别分析注料系统和废料处理系统的功能,分配 I/O 地址,制作 CAD 流程图,进行硬件和软件的配置;由于环境因素的限制,本系统无法进行现场设备调试,而是通过 V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9 进行编程监控,利用 S7_200 汉化版仿真软件进行模拟。通过仿真及调试完善系统,最终完成系统的设计。该系统实现多种液体助剂自动注料,废料智能处理以及报警功能。 关键词:PLC; 水处理; 电气控制; 注料系统; 废料处理2AbstractWith the continuous development of industrial automation, the electric control system of water treatment equipment is used more and more widely, among which the PLC based control system is the most widely used.
