3D 打印机头的设计与制造(小组题目:3D 打印机研制)3D 打印机头的设计与制造摘 要3D 打印技术是是当今世界上快速发展的一种制造技术,和传统去除材料制造方式不同,3D 打印技术采用增加材料制造的方式,利用 CAD、Pro/E 等三维建模软件制作三维图像,使用金属材料制成的粉末或塑料等材料的粉末或颗粒或线材进行一层一层打印。熔融堆积(FDM)3D 打印技术的基本原理是,熔化 ABS 塑料、PLA 等材料线材,从喷头挤出堆积打印的技术。喷头是熔融堆积 3D 打印机最关键的部分,喷头的主要组成部分为推送装置,加热装置喷嘴和冷却风扇,线材被送料齿轮推动送到加热装置中被电阻丝加热,加热液化后从喷头挤出,经过风扇冷却定型,通过多层堆积形成最后成品。关键词:3D 打印;熔融堆积;数字模型;金属粉末;塑料英文题目Design and manufacture of 3D printer headAbstract3D printing technology is a rapidly developing manufacturing technology in the world.
