65 吨小型冷库设计摘 要本设计的地点为珠海市，65 吨小型冷库设计，用于存放新鲜水果和蔬菜产品，为了让水果、蔬菜保持新鲜度，采用一个 0℃、湿度 90%的冷库进行保鲜。该冷库的总建筑面积为 225m2，建筑高度为 5.3 米，墙体的外层的建筑材料为钢筋水泥土，墙体的内层 100mm 聚氨酯泡沫塑料板。共有 4 间等面积大小的冷藏间，在库房中间设置一条宽为 3m，长为 15m，温度为 25℃的穿堂。整个库房的公称容积为 883.2m³，机械负荷为 34.4kW，采用 2 台比泽尔的压缩机，型号为 BZR48F20-56G。设计内容包括：冷库的选址的和尺寸计算、库房围护结构热流量的计算、制冷系统的选择与设计、制冷系统管道的设计、机房设计。关键词：小型冷库、果蔬品保鲜、制冷系统The design of a 65 ton cold storageAbstractThe location of this design is Zhuhai City, the design of a 65-ton small cold storage It is for the storage of fresh fruit and vegetable products. The small cold storage will be divided into 4 refrigerators of equal area and size. There will be a hallway with a width of 3 meters, length of 15 meters with temperature pre-set at 25℃ in the middle of the warehouse. The nominal volume of the whole warehouse is 883.2m³, and the mechanical load is 21.7kW.
