基于公共政策工具分析视角下的精准扶贫问题探析

摘 要精准扶贫一方面对能否顺利完成现代化建设起着至关重要的作用另一方面也是対非城市地区的稳定和抱团发展起着不可或缺的粘结剂作用。近年来，我国对精准扶贫政策的实施给予高度重视，从不同的角度对精准扶贫进行解析具有重要意义。本文创新性的站在公共政策工具分析的视角对我国的精准扶贫问题进行了探析。首先，在第一部分对公共政策工具的概念和分类进行了概述；其次，在第二部分对我国的精准扶贫现状进行了介绍，并指出其中存在的问题；再次，在文章的第三部分对我国精准扶贫政策实施的公共政策工具运用中存在的问题进行剖析；最后，在第四章从强制性工具、自愿性工具、混合性工具、推行和实施高效的精准扶贫政策工具这四个方面对我国精准扶贫问题进行探析并提出相应对策。关键词公共政策工具；精准扶贫；问题探析Analysis of accurate poverty alleviation based on the analysis of public policy toolsBy: Wang Hao Supervisor: Zhao Zhanjun LecturerAbstractAccurate poverty alleviation plays an important role in the successful completion of modernization.
