本研究在新一轮课程改革的条件下,运用文献法、观察法以及问卷调查的方式对目前小学教师的课堂教学管理现状进行了认真的分析研究
文章分为从问题的缘起、设计调查问卷和分析影响课堂教学管理现状的因素出发 , 阐述了小学教师课堂教学管理的现状,最后给出了教师在教学中可以参考使用的可行性策略
