摘 要伴随经济的发展和教育的进步,学前教育愈被国家教育部门和社会各界重视,而幼儿园教育作为学前教育的主要部分尤其值得我们去一探究竟。在幼儿园教育中艺术教育占其五大领域之一,艺术教育也深刻地影响着其他的四个领域,几乎在每个教学活动中都能看到舞蹈教育的影子,其对幼儿身心发展的独特作用也不可替代。当前我国幼儿园舞蹈教育存在着教师素质不够、教学资源局限、教学模式固化等问题,本文对幼儿园舞蹈教育创生进行了概念界定,并提出其必要性。通过查阅关于幼儿舞蹈教育相关文献、访谈幼儿园教师及领导、对多所幼儿园舞蹈教育活动和幼儿园舞蹈教育环境的观察、记录、分析,总结出了当前幼儿园舞蹈教育创生的资源开发与利用的现状及存在的问题,分别是国家教育政策和教师自身素质方面造成的资源意识薄弱、幼儿教师资源开发能力不足,资源开发不够充分、且利用率低,资源配置不合理,更新慢,除此之外,本文也对如何提高幼儿园舞蹈教育资源开发利用率,从国家教育政策层面、幼儿教师意识层面、幼儿园现实条件层面等提出了相对的解决策略。关键词:幼儿园;舞蹈教育创生;资源开发与利用AbstractPreschool education has been paid more and more attention by the national education department and the society. The kindergarten education, as the main part of preschool education, needs us to study. Art education is one of the five major areas of kindergarten education, but also affects the other four areas, the dance education is penetrated in every teaching activities, the development of children's body and mind have an irreplaceable role.
