摘 要幼小衔接工作目前受到广泛关注,做好幼小衔接工作可以对儿童各方面发展产生积极影响。所以幼儿园与小学应该互帮互助,促进学校与家庭的良好沟通;教师转变自己的教育思想、更新自己的教育理念,依照儿童发展规律特点,使幼小衔接工作能够顺利进行。本研究通过调查问卷法和访谈法,选取咸阳市 3 所幼儿园和 3 所小学为研究对象。通过研究,幼小衔接工作中存在问题原因分析是有:幼儿园教师没有树立准确的幼小衔接概念;学校缺乏系统科学的安排;家长理念陈旧落后。就存在的问题,本研究提出以下解决对策:幼小衔接工作要做的全面而系统;加强教师专业素质、提高专业能力;促进家校的良好沟通。最后再对本研究进行总结。关键词:幼小衔接;幼小衔接工作;问题;对策AbstractKindergarten has long been much educators and parents to pay attention and attention, do a little follow-up work on children's learning and positive impact on the lives, so that they grow up healthy and happy.
