摘 要幼儿园是幼儿阶段幼儿学习知识与自理的地方，所以幼儿的人身安全是幼儿园工作中的一个重要环节。但是近年来校园突发事件有增无减的现象使得相关政府部门及家长们陷入了恐慌，尤其是对于幼儿园这一特殊教育场所来说突发事件会造成更大的危害。幼儿园的工作中最重要的是促进幼儿身心健康发展，帮助幼儿健康成长和幸福生活，但是幼儿园突发事件在幼儿园做好预防工作的前提下还是会频频发生，难以预测。因此，当前幼儿园安全管理工作将重心放到建立健全突发事件管理机制中。本论文通过文献法和案例分析法搜集了大量的有关幼儿园突发事件管理机制的文献以及幼儿园突发事件的案例，并美国学者的危机处理理论为参考，联系访谈结果整理当今大部分幼儿园在突发事件管理机制中存在的不足与问题，并尝试着构建了一套相对完整的幼儿园突发事件管理机制，主要从突发事件发生顺序归纳为四方面，首先是幼儿园突发事件预防机制，其次为幼儿园突发事件预警机制，最后是幼儿园突发事件处理机制和幼儿园突发事件善后机制。它们就像一个完整的“生态系统”，如果其中一个遭到破坏或不完整，就会促使整个系统全盘崩溃。关键词:突发事件；幼儿园突发事件；突发事件管理机制AbstractKindergarten is the early stage of children's learning knowledge and self-care, so the child's personal safety is an important part of the kindergarten work.
