制造企业固定资产管理问题研究—以宁波辰实粉末冶金厂为例摘 要固定资产既是企业赖以生产经营的重要资产，又是企业的主要劳动手段，是促进我国经济发展的重要力量，所以加强企业固定资产的管理对于企业的发展就具有重要的意义。本文主要采取了理论和实证相结合的方式，首先对于宁波辰实粉末厂固定资产管理现状进行概述，分析粉末厂固定资产管理的相关概念；固定资产管理的特点；固定资产管理的目标；固定资产管理的意义等。其次剖析了宁波辰实粉末厂在固定资产管理中存在的主要问题，例如缺乏对粉末厂固定资产定期的清查；粉末厂固定资产管理制度不健全，使用效率不高；处置与使用辰实粉末厂固定资产的部门职责划分不明确，导致了权责的不明晰；其内部审计机制也不健全，监督力度远远不够；固定资产存在账实不符等较多问题。第三对辰实粉末厂固定资产管理中存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策，如加强辰实粉末厂固定资产管理的基础工作，建立健全辰实粉末厂固定资产的管理制度；建立起权责运行机制，强化对固定资产的清查力度，注重厂中固定资产折旧的管理，完善会计核算体系；促进各项指标能够顺利完成；提高粉末厂固定资产的使用效率；健全内部审计制度，增强监控力度；建立健全辰实粉末冶金厂固定资产业务的岗位责任制等。结合新建机械的实际情况，对于该粉末厂的固定资产管理问题进行了分析。 关键词： 固定资产管理，折旧，预算管理Manufacturing enterprise fixed assets management studies--in ningbo Chen solid powder metallurgy factory for exampleABSTRACTThe fixed assets is the enterprises labor means , is the major assets of the enterprise's production and management, because of the fixed assets in the enterprise generally has a larger proportion of total assets, and enterprises as an important force promoting the economic development of China.
