中国地质大学长城学院本 科 毕 业 设 计题目 马铃薯去皮构造设计 系 别专 业学生姓名学 号指导教师职 称2015 年 04 月 20 日摘 要马铃薯去皮是马铃薯进行深加工的重要工序之一。目前,马铃薯去皮虽然已经开始依托机械进行生产,但劳动的强度也比较大、生产效率低下。结合目前对马铃薯去皮技术的调研和分析,在目前技术和消费条件容许的状况下研究和设计改造一款操作愈加简单安全,使用寿命更长的马铃薯去皮机,使之生产效率更高,以便于节省人力资源。本文设计了一种基于摩擦原理的小型机械式马铃薯去皮构造设备。该设备重要由电动部分、传动部分和存储部分构成,该系统通过电动机连接一级减速器带动滚刷和传动构造摩擦旋转,由进料口把物料放入滚筒进行工作,通过卸料口卸出物料,从而达到对马铃薯去皮的目的,该设计通过对既有设备的数据进行分析、方案的研究和数据的计算,完毕了该马铃薯去皮机构的总体设计,通过马铃薯去皮机的设计重要工作系统,这样马铃薯去皮机可以更安全,稳定和正常运行,提高马铃薯去皮过程的机械化程度。关键词: 马铃薯去皮机; 摩擦;传动; 去皮 ABSTRACTThe potato skin is one of the main processes, deep processing of potato at present, peel the potatoes have begun to rely on mechanical production, but the production efficiency is low, and the labor intensity is relatively large.
