北京市旅游服务业国际竞争力研究摘要本文运用显示性比较优势(RCA)指数、贸易竞争力(TC)指数等指标对北京市旅游服务贸易竞争力的进行了比较测算,首先北京旅游服务贸易的发展现状,并分析北京市旅游服务贸易竞争力的影响因素;其次基于钻石模型进行北京市旅游服务贸易竞争力的实证分析;再次探索北京市旅游服务业贸易存在的主要问题表现为旅游产品缺少整合和创造性,人才优势不明显,旅游服务贸易结构发展不合理,北京市国际旅游服务贸易竞争力相对较弱,旅游市场规范程度低,经营管理松懈,缺乏监督。针对问题并结合实证模型探索造成北京市旅游服务业贸易问题的成因,主要有人力资本竞争力水平相对落后,相关及支持性产业的发展不完善,旅游企业的战略、结构还存在多种问题,缺乏创新,忽视品牌建设,,最后提升北京市旅游服务业贸易竞争力措施,即整合北京市旅游资源,打造人才优势,实现资源优化利用,优化旅游服务产品的结构,做到旅游服务产品多元化发展,增强企业竞争力,提高服务质量,增强开拓海外市场竞争力,发挥政府宏观调控职能,协同行业协会监督作用,保护生态环境,保证旅游服务贸易可持续发展。关键词:旅游服务业;国际竞争力;钻石模型;显示性比较优势Study on the international competitiveness of tourism service industry in BeijingabstractThis paper uses the revealed comparative advantage (RCA) index, trade competitiveness index (TC) of Beijing city tourism service trade competitiveness compared to estimates, first of Beijing tourism service trade development status, and analysis of Beijing city tourism service trade competitiveness factors; secondly, empirical analysis of Beijing city tourism service trade competitiveness based on the diamond model; once again explore the main problems of Beijing city tourism services trade performance for tourism products lack of integration and creativity, talent advantage is not obvious, the development of tourism service trade structure is unreasonable, the international competitiveness of Beijing tourism service trade is relatively weak, the low degree of standardization of t...
