模具开发协议（中英文）（标准版合同模板）甲 方：** 单位或个人 乙 方：** 单位或个人 签订日期： ** 年 ** 月 ** 日 签订地点： ** 省 ** 市 ** 地 模具开发协议（中英文）产品型号PartNo.模具规格MoldDescription 计量单位 Unit 数量 Quantity 单价 〔人民币〕 UnitPrice(RMB)总价〔人民币〕 TotalPrice (RMB) (以上价格已含 17%的增值税，且包含模具送到的运费。) (TheabovepricesincludeVAT17%andthemolddeliveryto.) 三、模具开发周期及要求/WorkDay&Requirement 1)模具的开发周期/MoldWorkDay 首件样件完成时间/Timeoffinishingfirstproductofmold：从接到订单到首件样品完成需要天/daysfrombuildingtimeARO(afterreceiptoforder)tofirstPOM(productofmold)samplepour; 开发时间/DevelopmentTime:从首件样品到整个样件提交需要天/daysfromfirstsamplepourtosamplesubmission. 2) 模 具 验 收 /MoldInspection: 模 具 必 须 符 合 甲 方 的 技 术 要 求 。Theproductshallcompletelyfitthetechnicalrequirements. 3)由于模具的开发周期和质量问题造成甲方项目延期,乙方将赔偿甲方的一切损失。IfPartyA’sprojectdelayedduetotheworkdayandthequalityofthemold,PartyBshouldcompensatePartyAforallthelosses. 四、模具的维护/MoldMaintenance 正常使用寿命内的模具在生产过程中发生的损坏或磨损,相关的维修及保养等都由乙方负责Ifthemoldiswithinthenormalworkinglifebutdamagedorwornduringtheproductionprocess,PartyBshouldberesponsiblefortherelatedrepairandmaintenance. 五、模具费用的支付/PaymentTerms 在铸件得到最终用户的确认及甲方收到最终用户模具费用后 30 天内支付。PartyAwillfullypaytoPartyBwithin30daysaftercastingapprovalbyfinalcustomer,andreceiptoftoolingpaymentbypartyA. 六、模具所有权/Ownership 模 具 的 所 有 权 为 甲 方 所 有 , 甲 方 享 有 收 回 和 处 理 的 权 利 。Mold’sownershipbelongstoPartyA.PartyAenjoystherighttotakingbackanddealingwiththemold. 七、保密责任/Confidentiality 1)未经甲方允许，乙方不得将甲方所提供的图纸及技术资料以口头、书面、出示和借用的方式转泄露给第三方。如有发生信息泄露 ,甲方有权追究其法律责任。WithoutthepermissionofPartyA,PartyBshouldnotdisclosethedr...
