建筑施工项目安全管理问题讨论探究建筑施工项目安全管理问题讨论探究 摘要：建筑业的快速进展,其安全问题也引起了社会的广泛关注。了解建筑业的安全现状,加强企业安全文化建设,增强施工企业人员的安全意识,对减少安全事故的发生有着重要意义。根据现代项目管理理论，建筑施工项目可以简单的概括为：在市场分析和预测的基础上，为了实现预期的市场目标和经济社会效益目标，根据限定的质量、工期、投资控制目标和各种资源约束条件，为建设具有某种特定功能的工程而进行的投资建设活动。 关键词：安全管理；建筑施工 ； 施工质量 Abstract: the rapid development of the construction industry, its security problem also caused wide attention of the society. Understanding of construction industry safety situation, strengthening enterprise safety culture construction in construction enterprises, enhance the safety awareness of the staff, to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents has important significance. According to the theory of modern project management, construction project can simply be: in market analysis and prediction on the basis of the market, in order to achieve the desired goal and the economic social benefit goal, according to the defined quality, time limit for a project, investment control target and various resources constraint conditions for a particular function, the construction of the engineering of investment and construction activities.
