必优胜 3000 防水卷材在海南昌江核电工程地下防水的应用必优胜 3000 防水卷材在海南昌江核电工程地下防水的应用 摘要：必优胜 3000 自粘型防水卷材是由高密度聚乙烯护膜和橡胶沥青化合物 100 微米交叉层压而成的高性能，冷施工，自粘性的防水膜。以其优良的性能在昌江核电工程地下防水中得以广泛的应用。本文讲述了该卷材施工方法、工艺流程及施工过程中应注意的事项及质量控制的要点，并结合昌江核电工程防水施工中遇到的各种问题及解决处理措施，对该卷材的施工过程进行探讨讨论、归纳总结。 关键词：必优胜 3000；防水卷材；自粘型；质量控制 Abstract: The self-adhesive waterproof roll Bituthene 3000 is high-performance, self-adhesive and it can adopt the cold construction method. It is made by cross laminating the high density polyethylene protect membrane and the asphalt rubber compounds into 100 microns waterproof membrane. It has been widely applied in the underground waterproof works in the Changjiang nuclear power project. This paper focuses on the construction method, the construction process of Bituthene 3000, the matters needing attention and the main points of quality control in construction process. Moreover, this paper explores various problems and corresponding handling measures that have emerged during the construction process in the Changjiang nuclear power project. This paper aims to make discussions and summaries about the construction process of the Bituthene 3000.
