武汉纺织大学毕业设计（论文）课 题 名 称 ： 三 通 管 注 塑 模 具 设 计 姓 名 ： 宋 先 伟 院 系 ： 机 械 工 程 与 自 动 化 专 业 ： 机 械 设 计 制 造 及 其自 动 化 班 级 ： 机 械 类 11109 班 指 导 老 师 : 肖 晓 峰 摘 要模具工业是国民经济的基础工业，而塑料模具又是整个模具行业的霸主。本次设计的是聚氯乙烯塑件（三通管），三通管作为一种连接件在日常生活中得到广泛应用。本文主要介绍了三通管注塑模具的设计过程。通过对塑件的工艺分析，确定其主要成型工艺参数，设计了三通管注塑模具中的各个系统，如浇注系统、导向与定位机构、侧向分型和抽芯机构、脱模机构、分型面、冷却系统及排气系统等，并对所选用的注塑机参数进行了校核，最后绘制出模具的装配总图，完成本文的编写。该注塑模具为双分型面结构，一模一腔，利用推杆将塑件脱出，结构合理，运行可靠。整个设计过程不仅使用了传统的设计方法，还运用了CAD、PRO/E 等技术，大大提高了设计的效率，符合实际应用，能够生产结构合理、精度高、表面质量好的塑料模具；并能加强对注塑模具成型原理的理解，同时锻炼了注塑模具设计和制造能力。关键词：三通管； 注射模； 型腔； 型芯； CADABSTRACTThe mold industry is the national economical foundation and the plastic mold is also the overlord in the entire mold industry.
