毕 业 设 计设计题目：基于 PLC 的城市污水处理控制系统设计 系 别： 信息工程系 班 级： 电子信息工程 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 年 月 日基于 PLC 的城市污水处理控制系统设计摘 要随着城市现代化建设步伐的加快，城市污水处理控制系统也日益进展和完善。城市污水处理控制系统是城市现代化建设的重要组成部分，对提高城市形象，改善人民生活，保护环境具有重要的意义。本文论述了 PLC 控制系统在城市污水处理中的重要应用，详细介绍了 SBR污水处理法自动控制系统的设计过程。本系统包括梯形图设计和监控组态设计两个方面，实现了中小型城市的污水处理自动控制和远程监控。系统主要由PLC、液位传感器、进水泵、滗水器、进泥泵及抽泥泵组成，分为手动和自动两种控制方式，使用梯形图语言完成系统对现场的控制；使用 MCGS 监控组态软件设计监控界面，不仅可以模拟演示系统工作状况，而且还可以对现场工作情况进行实时监控，并对系统进行远程控制，完成 SBR 污水处理法的自动运行。当系统发生状况时，能够及时发现，并停止系统，进行检修，减少污水处理过程中事故的发生。 关键词：PLC 城市污水处理 MCGS 组态软件 SBR The Design of Urban Sewage Treatment Controlled System Based on PLCAbstractWith the quickening pace of urban modernization, urban sewage treatment control system has increasingly been developed and improved.
