内容摘要随着经济全球化的进展,中小企业正面临着日趋激烈的全方位的市场、资金、技术、知识和人才的竞争,但归根到底是人才的竞争,是人力资源综合素养的竞争。而绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心和重要内容,对实现企业战略目标、提升企业核心竞争力发挥着重要的作用,已成为企业关注的焦点。本文对雷沃卫浴有限公司的绩效考核模式进行讨论和创新,通过对公司原绩效体系存在问题的分析,运用绩效考核的基本理论,充分考虑了公司的实际情况和各方面因素,提出把纵向绩效指标与横向绩效指标相结合,以及把员工进展导向作为考核标准之一的全面考核管理,兼顾科学性与现实性、稳定性与开放性、继承性与创新性,成本与收益等,从而有针对性地设计出适合于公司绩效考核体系。关键词:绩效考核体系;创新性;绩效考核指标;全面管理AbstractWith the development of economic globalization, small and medium enterprises encounter increasingly drastic competition, such as the competition of all-encompassing market, capital, technology, knowledge and talent ,these finally attribute to the competition of talents and the comprehensive quality of human resources.
