摘 要在 工 程 实 践 中 ， 常 常 会 遇 到 各 种 需 要 测 量 转速 的 场 合 。 随 着 微 型 计 算 机 的 广 泛 应 用 ， 特 别是 高 性 能 价 格 比 的 单 片 机 的 出 现 ， 转 速 测 量 普遍 采 纳 以 单 片 机 为 核 心 的 数 字 式 测 量 方 法 。本 文 基 于 SPCE061A 单 片 机 实 现 数 字 测 速 功 能 。在 电 机 运 行 过 程 中 ， 对 其 进 行 监 控 ， 即 对 电 机转 速 进 行 测 量 ， 并 显 示 ， 从 而 掌 握 电 机 运 行 的基 本 状 况 。本 设 计 主 要 用 SPCE061A 作 为 控 制 核 心 ， 由 霍 尔传感器、LED数码显像管、HIN232CPE 电平转换、SPGT62C19B 电 机 控 制 模 组 构 成 。 详 细 介 绍 了 单 片 机的 测 量 转 速 系 统 数 据 的 串 行 通 讯 ， 充 分 发 挥 了单 片 机 的 性 能 。 本 文 重 点 是 测 量 速 度 并 显 示 在 4位 LED 数 码 管 上 。 其 优 点 是 硬 件 电 路 简 单 ， 软 件功 能 完 善 ， 测 量 速 度 快 、 精 度 高 、 控 制 系 统 可靠 ， 性 价 比 较 高 等 。关 键 字 ： SPCE061A 单 片 机 ； 转 速 ； 传 感 器AbstractIn the project practice, measuring rotational speed is often necessary in many situations.
