摘要本文在概述了可编程控制器和触摸屏的特点及目前各自的进展现状的基础上,分析了两者结合应用的进展前景,并结合实际,设计了一个由 PLC 与图形操作终端 F940-GOT 组成的液体混合控制系统。在该控制系统中,以可编程控制器(PLC)为现场控制器,以图形操作终端作上位机,组成了计算机监控系统 PLC 实现顺序逻辑控制和模拟量闭环控制,图形操作终端则进行集中显示和操作,提高了系统的自动化水平。本文以液体混合控制系统为中心,从控制系统的硬件系统组成、选用的软件介绍到系统的设计过程(包括设计方案、设计流程、设计要求、画面设计、梯形图设计、文件下载、外部连接通信等),旨在对其中的设计及制作过程做简单的介绍和说明。文章最后还说明了设计重点与难点,并分析了其市场进展前景及以后的讨论方向。关键词:可编程控制器,触摸屏,图形操作终端,F940-GOT,工业控制,人机界面AbstractThis text analyzed the development foreground of the programmable controller combinative applied with the touch hold in the foundation of saying their characteristics and currently eachly from of the development present condition. Combining the actuality, design a control system for mixing liquids using PLC and sketch operating terminal F940- GOT.
