摘 要 本设计是在市场的需求下，通过对国内外现有的汽车风洞进行调研和分析，设计一座具有低湍流、可变湍流度、低噪声等特色的小型车 1：5 风洞实验室。在风洞的设计过程中，对其主要部件进行了详细的计算。风洞建成后，结合实验室内先进的测量手段，除了能满足模型的测压、测速、流态观测等教学外，还可以利用该风洞进行从事桥梁、环境污染等工业空气动力学讨论工作。 进行汽车讨论，汽车风洞是必不可少的试验设备。汽车风洞建设对汽车空气动力学进展意义重大，没有汽车风洞，也不能很好推动整个国家的汽车工业向前进展。而汽车风洞的主要任务是正确模拟气流流经汽车车体表面的流态以获得准确的实验数据，实验数据的精确与否决定了汽车气动外形设计的成败。因此，汽车风洞实验能促进汽车空气动力学讨论，进行汽车空气动力学讨论将能够给我国带来巨大的燃油节约，具有非常大的经济效益和社会效益。关键词：1：5；小型车；风洞；低湍流；实验ABSTRACT This design is in the demand of the market , Through the domestic and international existing automobile wind tunnel research and analysis , Design with a low turbulence, variable turbulence intensity, low noise characteristic of small cars 1:5 wind tunnel laboratory .
