摘 要随着炼铁和其他相关行业的进展,焦炭的需求量也越来越大,焦化厂的建设正在突飞猛进。因此,进行炼焦车间设计具有重要的意义。首先,根据我国煤种的特点,选择了相应煤种以及配煤比,并对备煤工艺进行了初步的设计。本设计的重点是武汉某地某焦化公司拟新建一组年产量为 70 万吨干全焦的焦炉的工艺设计。根据实际情况,通过焦炉炉型和炭化室尺寸的选择及论证,在国家产业政策规定范围内,对炭化室孔数计算后,选取一组 2×52 孔 4.3m JN43 型焦炉。这种焦炉为双联火道、废气循环、焦炉煤气下喷、高炉煤气侧入式焦炉。同时,对焦炉的物料平衡、热量平衡、蓄热室、炉体水压以及烟囱高度进行了工艺计算;计算得出,蓄热室高度为 2.16 米,烟囱高度为 80 米;另外,合理选择了炉间台和炉端台尺寸,并对各层空间的利用进行了分布布置。对焦炉设备以及辅助设备等进行了选型;对主要的技术操作和生产控制技术进行了说明,并编制了循环推焦图表。最后,对生产的一些辅助设施进行了介绍。关键词: 煤炭; 炼焦; 焦炉; 焦炭AbstractWith the iron-making and other relative industries development, the coke demand is growing and the coking plant is constructed by leaps and bounds. Thus, Coking Workshop design is of great significance. First, according to the nature of coal in China, the coal blending ratio was selected and coal preparation technology was also designed. The focus of this design was to develop a whole process of coking for a coking plant with an annual output of 700,000 tons of dry coke in Wuhan.
