循环经济下的我国产业结构调整战略讨论摘要改革开放以来，我国国民经济进展迅速，取得了举世曝目的巨大成就。但在经济持续高速增长的同时，资源供应短缺与资源消费需求增长之间的矛盾日益凸显并越来越激化，已成为经济社会进展的主要障碍。究其原因，我国现阶段的产业结构决定了其对环境资源的刚性需求。因此迫切需要用循环经济的理念对产业结构进行调整。本文运用国内外著名经济学家关于循环经济下产业结构调整的优秀成果，结合循环经济和产业结构的理论分析，全面探讨了我国产业结构中存在的问题，并结合我国各个产业进展的实际情况，根据对 2025 年我国三次产业的资源产出率情况进行分析，提出我国产业结构调整应坚持的方向及需要的系列配套政策建议。全文主要包括六个部分。第一部分是绪论，阐明选题意义及文章安排；第二部分是循环经济与产业结构调整的理论综述；第三部分分析循环经济下我国产业结构的现状及存在的问题；第四部分提出了我国基于循环经济的产业结构调整战略；第五部分是结束语。关键词：循环经济 产业 产业结构调整Strategic Research of the Industrial restructuring under the Recycling EconomyAbstractSince reform and opening up, China's national economy has developed rapidly and has made enormous flying over.
