ABSTRACT Death penalty as an ancient system of penalties，as modern social civilization and progress ， the death penalty complete the rightly concerned at home and abroad．Death Penalty in China and improvement of physical and procedures from two areas．In physical terms ， conditions of strict application of the death penalty provisions ， appropriate restrictions on the death penalty for the object ， to make a reasonable allocation of the death penalty charges，improve the manner prescribed the death penalty．In terms of process for the Supreme People power ， on the death penalty review procedures and the corresponding sound ； also available from the implementation of aspects of the death penalty， execution time and place restrictions to protect the debtor's legal rights ， the death sentence and execution information shall also be published regularly ， will be injected as the preferred method of execution. Reprieve system is the original execution system，help to limit and reduce the actual implementation of the death penalty should be retained in the legislation and to be improved．KEY WORDS： The death penalty system；Human；Death Penalty；Injection浅论我国死刑制度的完善死刑是人类历史上最古老、性质最严厉的一种刑罚方法，但由于其是以从根本上消灭犯罪人的人身而实现杜绝犯罪这一目的。因此对死刑制度的完善就提出了更高的要求。一、完善我国死刑制度的意义（一）体现了社会正义性的要求完善死刑制度符合民意。我国自古便有 “杀人者死”、“不杀不足以平民愤”、“死有余辜”的传统观念和价值理念。报复或报应是人类与生俱来的本能。既是本能，就很难将它彻底磨灭。但人类满足这种本能的方法，则是在不断进化的。这种进化，也从一个方面记录了使人类远离其它动物兄弟的文明化历程。回顾远古“以牙还牙、以眼还眼、以血还血”的同态报复时代，我们可以更清楚地看出，人类在追求报复的本能方面与其它动物相差不远。但后来的死刑制度一直...
