中 文 摘 要在 国 际 贸 易 中 ， 关 税 壁 垒 曾 经 是 贸 易 保 护 的 重要 手 段 ， 美 国 、 德 国 、 日 本 等 主 要 发 达 国 家 在 进 展的 过 程 中 都 曾 依 靠 关 税 壁 垒 保 护 本 国 产 业 的 进 展 。但 是 ， 随 着 全 球 生 态 环 境 问 题 的 日 益 严 重 ， 环 境 与贸 易 的 冲 突 也 越 来 越 激 烈 ， 从 而 使 贸 易 保 护 主 义 从传 统 的 关 税 壁 垒 逐 渐 转 向 非 关 税 壁 垒 ， 而 绿 色 壁 垒作 为 一 种 新 型 的 非 关 税 壁 垒 就 应 运 而 生 了 ， 并 成 为发 达 国 家 以 保 护 环 境 为 名 限 制 进 展 中 国 家 进 出 口 贸易 的 一 种 工 具 。广 东 省 是 农 产 品 生 产 和 出 口 大 省 ， 近 年 来 由 于贸 易 保 护 主 义 的 新 进 展 ， 绿 色 贸 易 壁 垒 已 成 为 制 约我 省 农 产 品 出 口 的 重 要 因 素 。 本 文 将 就 绿 色 壁 垒 对广 东 省 农 业 的 影 响 进 行 讨 论 并 提 出 合 理 的 建 议 和 展望 。关 键 词 : 绿 色 壁 垒 ， 状 况 ， 影 响 ， 对 策 Abstract With the development of international trade ,tariff barriers had ever been the most important to protect local economy.Many developed countries had to rely on tariff barriers to protect domestic industry in the process of development,such as America,Germany and Japan.
