中 文 摘 要随 着 我 国 加 入 世 界 贸 易 组 织 以 及 全 民 环 保 意 识的 不 断 增 强 ， 由 于 世 界 各 国 逐 年 减 少 对 我 国 纺 织 品出 口 的 配 额 限 制 ， 国 内 的 纺 织 行 业 被 认 为 是 “ 最 大赢 家 ” 。 然 而 ， “ 绿 色 贸 易 壁 垒 ” 作 为 一 种 贸 易 保护 主 义 的 新 形 式 正 在 逐 渐 形 成 并 对 我 国 纺 织 品 出 口造 成 了 很 大 的 影 响 。 本 文 具 体 分 析 了 “ 绿 色 贸 易 壁垒 ” 对 我 国 纺 织 品 出 口 造 成 的 具 体 影 响 ， 并 且 在 此基 础 上 提 出 了 一 些 相 应 的 应 对 策 略 ， 为 降 低 “ 绿 色贸 易 壁 垒 ” 对 现 行 我 国 纺 织 品 出 口 的 不 利 影 响 并 且推 动 我 国 纺 织 品 行 业 朝 着 可 持 续 的 绿 色 方 向 进 展 。关 键 词 : 绿 色 贸 易 壁 垒 ， 纺 织 品 ， 出 口 ， 影 响 ，对 策AbstractWith China's accession to the world trade organization, and all the people environmental protection to enhance awareness of, because the world countries gradually declined to our country textile export quotas, domestic textile industry is considered "biggest winner". However, "green trade barriers" as a new form of trade protectionism is gradually formed and to our country textile export caused great influence.
