AbstractAs China has become an economic power, and strive to become the rule of law against the backdrop of great power, a large number of death penalty cases of dispute the existence of the dispute, not only seriously affected the improvement of our legal system, the speed, but also threatens social stability, while China's temporarily with the complete abolition of the death penalty conditions, but with the progress of society, abolition of the death penalty is only a matter of time. China's current death penalty is to uphold the principle of less killing, and to prevent victimizes. Strictly limit the death penalty, an important system, reflects the basic idea of the death penalty be used with caution.
