AbstractWith the development of social civilization,self-consciousness of individual becomes stronger than before and independent personality raises to a new level.However,the progress of techniques of information and the mass media spread though our life, citizen hardly get well protected. Thus，the legislative protection of right of privacy should be clearly and detaily established as soon as possible.
