学号:14071903156毕 业 设 计题 目:CKJ61100 数控车床液压系统设计作 者届 别2025系 别机械工程学院专 业机械设计制造及其自动化指导老师职 称讲师完成时间2025.5摘 要本文大致介绍了液压系统的进展趋势及我国目前液压技术的进展状况,详细分析了课题讨论的内容、目的和意义。设计之前,给出了几种方案的比较与论证,并从中选择了最优方案进行设计。此液压系统的设计是基于车床卡盘的夹紧与松开、卡盘夹紧力的高低压转换和刀架的自动换刀。在设计之前,对液压系统设计要求及工况做了认真分析。分析后对液压系统的必要参数进行了科学严谨的计算。通过对计算结果的分析先选定了液压回路进而选择并给出了液压系统图。在确定液压系统图后,根据液压系统工作压力和通过各个阀类元件和辅助元件的实际流量对液压元件进行了选择。当液压系统主体确定后,对液压站也进行了简单设计。通过数控车床卡盘和刀架液压系统的设计,使现有机床在原有基础上得到更大的改善,使加工生产步骤更简便,从而减轻工人的劳动强度、提高效率、节约能源。关键词:卡盘;刀架;液压缸;液压站AbstractThis article outlined the hydraulic system of the development trend of the current state of development of hydraulic technology, a detailed analysis of the research content, purpose and significance.
