摘 要城市向乡村过渡地带构成的城市边缘区具有最敏感和最直接的特性，这种特性使边缘区的土地利用具有特别性，同时出现了不少问题。城市边缘区既是城市向外扩展的缓冲地带,又与乡村边缘区构成城市向乡村的过渡地带即城乡结合部,随着经济的进展，城市和乡村之间的相互作用和影响也日趋显著。城市边缘区在土地利用特点、经济进展、人口分布和构成、交通运输、环境等方面在很大程度上相似于城市但又区别于城市。本论文根据石家庄市城市边缘区 2025 年土地利用现状，分析各用地类型的比率，从而确定边缘区的土地利用结构，为石家庄市城市边缘区的各项规划、土地分等定级、基准地价的讨论等提供参考依据。 关键词：城市边缘区；土地利用现状；石家庄市ABSTRACTUrban fringe is urban to rural transition zone.The city belongs to the most sensitive , the most direct regions, with particularity in the land use.There are many problems simultaneously. The city fringe area is the city 's outward expansion of the buffer zone ,which is the rural urban fringe areas constitute the transition zone villages that fringe .Urban fringe land use characteristics, economic characteristics, population distribution and composition transport , environment and other aspects of the city ,but there are obvious similarities distinguished city. In this paper, based on the urban fringe of Shijiazhuang City in 2025 land use , land use analysis of various types of ratios determines the marginal zone of land use structure for the planning of the edge region , land grading , grading benchmark studies providing land reference.
